Job Description
This is a remote position.
Draft and review contracts in Arabic and English to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
Monitor contractual obligations and ensure their accurate execution.
Provide legal advice on contract drafting and risk assessment.
Collaborate with internal teams (legal finance and administration) to develop contracting strategies.
Archive and periodically update contracts to document all amendments.
Requirements
35 years of experience in contract drafting and management.
Previous experience in the IT field or IT services and ERP systems.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (writing and reading).
Strong knowledge of commercial and civil laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3-5 years of experience in contract drafting and management. Previous experience in the IT field or IT services and ERP systems. Proficiency in Arabic and English (writing and reading). Strong knowledge of commercial and civil laws. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
