This is a remote position.
Job Description:
Conduct personnelrelated administrative tasks and support the HR department as necessary.
Post job advertisements and update the HR database regularly.
Process employee and contractor requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information ensuring all details are handled with discretion.
Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to verify accuracy and completeness.
Support internal and external HRrelated inquiries or requests.
Oversee the recruitment process including candidate identification reference checks and employment contract issuance.
Coordinate the HR management teams calendar including scheduling meetings interviews HR events and maintaining agendas.
Facilitate performance management procedures.
Organize training sessions seminars and new staff orientations.
Assist with payroll processing resolving errors as necessary.
Prepare and submit general HR activity reports.
Complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
Skills/Knowledge:
Remarkable conflict management and decisionmaking skills.
Solid understanding of employee/contractor relationships staffing management payroll and benefits administration.
Uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
Ability to develop leadership skills to assist managers in addressing employee relations situations.
Flexibility and the ability to work with a diverse workforce.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Must have at least two years experience as an HR Assistant
Strong analytical and datagathering skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adhere to company policies procedures regulations and meet deadlines regularly.
Strong skills in handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Experience working with Healthcare companies is preferred but not required.
Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.

Desktop/Laptop: Your processor should be at least Intel Core i5 or higher or equivalent with 4GB of RAM (recommended 8GB)
