Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am 5pm NSW Time with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
- Report to and support multiple people within the sales team
- Primarily officebased work with potential for remote flexibility
- No creative work required; focus on operational and administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
- Input quotes into the company s system accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with clients to gather crucial event details working closely with account managers and salespeople
- Collect and organize event information including timings run sheets and floor plans
- Enter data into the system to ensure the operations team has all the necessary information
- Build lists for the business development manager to support sales initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather job information testimonials and marketing materials
- Assist in putting together event packages for clients
- Conduct followups primarily via email with occasional phone calls as needed
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in an administrative role preferably in a sales or eventsrelated field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel
