Job Summary
Our Customer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Esker Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the design development and deployment of Esker solutions to streamline and automate business processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements provide expert guidance and ensure successful implementation of Esker solutions.
Responsibilities & Duties
Main Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the technical aspects of Esker implementations from initial analysis and configuration to testing deployment and enduser training.
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to interpret client needs and transform them into practical technical solutions.
Design and configure Esker connectors and workflows utilizing the Esker API and related technologies.
Integrate Esker with enterprise applications (e.g. ERP CRM) through APIs data mapping and custom scripting.
Conduct unit and integration testing to validate the functionality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
Diagnose and resolve performance issues bottlenecks and scalability challenges in Esker deployments.
Maintain thorough documentation of technical configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Esker solutions.
Essential Skills
Technical Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on system integration and automation.
Demonstrated expertise in leading and executing complex Esker implementations.
Indepth knowledge of Esker s platform including APIs connectors and core functionalities.
Handson experience with enterprise integration technologies (e.g. APIs data mapping tools scripting languages).
At least 2 years of development experience in .NET or JavaScript.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Handson experience with specific Esker modules (e.g. Payables Automation Purchase Card Management).
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems like SAP Oracle NetSuite or Salesforce.
