Job Description
- Manage and maintain all project documentation ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Assist in planning scheduling and organizing project activities.
- Monitor project progress milestones and deliverables providing regular updates to your superior.
- Facilitate communication among project team members.
- Coordinate resources logistics and procurement related to project execution.
- Review project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify risks and assist in resolving issues to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in Project Coordination Administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge and experience in Scrum and Agile.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is an added advantage.
- Willing to onsite working contract based.
