Job Title: Medical Sales Representative (Remote Houston TX)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Actively grow and manage an outside sales territory to generate referrals from current and new partners
  • Prospect potential partners and B2B accounts daily to create and close a pipeline of referral leads
  • Conduct weekly inservice presentations within medical practices to educate and promote the employer's services
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve optimal satisfaction retention and growth in key accounts
  • Maintain data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM and own reporting deliverables for the partner portfolio

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing business healthcare or a related field preferred
  • 25 years of outside sales experience managing a sales territory
  • Ability to travel daily within the local territory for inperson meetings
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience using data to determine daily/weekly field activity

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience selling into healthcare provider offices
  • Strong drive to build and grow your own territory
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and new market development
  • Familiarity with LeadSquared or similar CRM and additional sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator)
