Job Description
- Preparation and cooking of Mahashi with high quality including grape leaves cabbage rolls and stuffed onions according to the highest standards.
- Working on recipe development and improving taste and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing the cooking process and ensuring compliance with cleanliness and food safety procedures.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervising raw materials and ensuring the quality of ingredients used.
- Commitment to highvolume production requirements within the framework of central kitchens.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary field with a specialization in Mahashi preparation.
- Proven experience working in central kitchens and highvolume production (essential requirement).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Mastery of modern cooking techniques and ability to innovate in the field of Mahashi.
- Attention to detail to ensure the delivery of highquality dishes.
- Commitment to teamwork and flexibility in dealing with colleagues.
