Job Description

Please note this role is offered as part time 4 days a week. 

Join TOMRA Collection as our Office Manager at our modern St Leonards office. Reporting to the Head of P&O you will be a key support to our Australian Leadership Team.

Your talent for connecting with people and your creative flair are key for this role! Youll have a welcoming presence for team members and visitors alike and plan exciting lively events that reflect our values and celebrate our vibrant culture.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills and creativity will be highly valued in this role as you will be a welcoming presence for our global visitors ensure regular events and activities are fun and engaging while aligning with our values and supporting our vibrant culture across the business.

Additionally you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office managing administrative tasks and facilitating effective communication within the Australian team. This role is vital in fostering a productive and enjoyable work environment contributing to the overall culture and success of the organization.

Some additional may include (But not limited to):

  • Providing administrative support to Leadership Team including document preparation complex diary management meeting coordination and general administrative duties 
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the Leadership Team priorities are met organizational goals are achieved and best practices are upheld 
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business 
  • Partner with HR on the organisation of events andto maintain office policies as necessary 
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office 
  • Organize office operations and procedures 
  • Managing a variety of special projects as required 
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 
  • Manage relationships with vendors service providers and landlords ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time 
  • Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
