Provide technical coaching and performance feedback.
Lead design and code reviews.
Interview and hire new engineers to build an effective team.
Be accountable for the software released to production.
Experience you will need:
Several years of software development experience (C language is preferred).
Experience working for a software company that develops software for sale.
Strong people and project/program management skills.
Experience with design and code reviews.
A track record of improving software engineering processes mentoring and technical coaching.
Experience in hiring and building a team.
Storage experience is a significant plus.
Experience in a small growing company.
BS or MS degree in a technical discipline (CS CE EE Math etc.).
