Job Description
- Assist the Production Department with generating reports tracking data and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Excel and other Microsoft applications to create analyze and present data efficiently.
- Collaborate with the FSQ and SQF departments to monitor food safety and qualityrelated information.
- Ensure proper storage filing and monitoring of testing lab results and documentation.
- Track and report on compliance metrics ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Organize and maintain databases to ensure all production and safety data is readily accessible.
- Identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement in production processes through data analysis.
- Assist in preparing for audits and inspections by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas) and other Office Suite applications.
- Previous experience in a data analysis production or food safety role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with FSQ SQF or food safety regulations is a plus.
