Position Part Making Helper Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Helper Part Making Trainer with expertise in the garment leather and goods manufacturing industry. The trainer will be responsible for educating workers on cutting stitching assembling and finishing various components used in apparel leather goods and accessories production. The role involves ensuring proper use of machines tools and materials while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and guide helpers in cutting stitching embossing pasting and assembling of garment leather and accessory parts.
- Demonstrate the correct use of sewing machines cutting tools adhesives and finishing techniques.
- Ensure workers follow quality control standards to produce defectfree products.
- Educate trainees on different fabric leather and synthetic materials and their handling techniques.
- Monitor trainees progress and provide handson guidance for skill improvement.
- Develop training materials manuals and handson workshop sessions.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with production supervisors to align training with production goals.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum ITI / Diploma in Leather Technology Garment Manufacturing or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years in garment leather goods or accessories manufacturing with training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of stitching cutting finishing and assembling techniques.
- Familiarity with industrial sewing machines diecutting embossing and pressing machines.
- Good communication and handson training skills.
- Ability to identify skill gaps and improve training programs.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in handmade and machinemade leather goods bags footwear or garment manufacturing.
- Understanding of fashion accessories leather tanning and finishing processes.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing quality control and production optimization.
