We are seeking a talented Concept Sketcher to join our dynamic team at an innovative IT startup located in Bangalore Karnataka. In this role you will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts that align with our product vision. As a key member of the design team you will work closely with product managers and developers to translate ideas into initial sketches and design concepts. Your creativity and artistic skills will play a vital role in bringing our digital projects to life making a significant impact on user experience and product aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Generate highquality concept sketches and visual representations of ideas.
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including product management and development.
- Refine and iterate sketches based on feedback to meet project goals.
- Work with graphic designers to ensure consistency in visual style.
- Assist in the development of presentations and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance skills and outputs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a design role preferably in IT or related startups.
- Proficiency in sketching and conceptualizing designs by hand or digitally.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design concepts and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- An enthusiastic and openminded approach to feedback and continuous improvement.
