Roles:
- Plan organize and conduct training sessions for employees ensuring skill development compliance and overall employee engagement.
- Assist with salary processing including tracking attendance calculating basic salary and ensuring timely disbursement.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Lead by example providing guidance to team members while working closely with HR and management to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
