Job Description
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite Property Manager role located in Raleigh NC. The Property Manager will be responsible for daytoday tasks associated with managing residential properties including ensuring tenant satisfaction overseeing maintenance and repairs and handling lease agreements and rent collection.
Qualifications
- Property management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local rental market regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with leasing and marketing residential properties
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Property Management or related field
Education and Experience:
A high school education or equivalent is required. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently the ability to accurately perform advanced business mathematical functions with the ability to understand and perform all onsite resident management software functions.
A minimum of twothree years previous experience in property management or related field is generally required.
Licenses:
A valid drivers license.
