What you do with Our Support and Your Experience

  • Market Expansion: Actively identify potential markets and customers.
  • Develop strategies that differentiate the company from competitors leading to new business opportunities.
  • Establish and implement strategies to expand the customer base in a specified vertical market or geographic location. Develop and execute strategic plans resulting in closed business in new markets.
  • Develop Pipeline: Work with real decision makers to assess needs gain agreement on a business case explain why we are uniquely qualified and establish a decision time frame. Build a pipeline of 3:1 over the target.
  • Proposal Construction: Leading the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals. Proposals include the quote business case and why we are uniquely qualified.
  • Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to the decisionmakers while managing objections related to timing price and competition. Final negotiations lead to go or nogo decisions in a timely.
  • Partner Engagement: Proactively initiate contact with potential partners influencers and customers to establish and cultivate meaningful business relationships. Increase pipeline growth quarter over quarter.

What Youll Need

  • Proven history of prospecting and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Expertise in assigned vertical markets and territories.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong team player and communicator who can work under pressure in a structured environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities ability to influence others
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree trade school or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Experience: 57 years in sales including 2 years in commercial (electronic security fire alarm systems integration)
