Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and strengthen connections with customers while performing and ensuring 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management which includes cycle count.
- Follow up closely with customers to resolve any inbound and outbound issues.
- Make sure that order shipments are handled appropriately in accordance to clients requests and companys guidelines.
- Work with different team members to ensure prompt and efficient inventory movements.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects in a warehouse.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- At least GCE OLevel.
- Ability to work under pressure with little supervision and adapt to a tough fastpaced atmosphere.
