Job Responsibilities
- Monitor service quality to ensure that customer experience and service standards are met.
- Follow up on customer inquiries requests and feedback coordinating with internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Review and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide professional prompt and highquality customer service through email and inperson interactions.
- Make outbound calls to customers as required.
- Handle and resolve complex or escalated customer issues effectively.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service efficiency ensuring timely assistance.
- Work well under pressure while managing customer expectations professionally.
Job Requirements:
- Open to candidates from various educational backgrounds with fluency in spoken and written communication being essential.
- Strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Fast and accurate computer skills.
- Selfmotivated resourceful and customeroriented with a strong focus on service excellence.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2500 VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
