Site Supervisor Asphalt / Roads

Join our clients team as a Site Supervisor and take charge of dynamic projects where your leadership will make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage onsite teams and subcontractors ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources materials and plant equipment to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of progress incidents and any site changes.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in site supervision within construction civil engineering
- Qualifications: Engineering Diploma Advantageous
- Skills: Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and site management practices plant and asset management
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to project needs.
Candidates must be willing to travel and work in various areas based on project requirements.
