We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ikeja Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service solving problems and creating positive experiences for customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism empathy and patience while interacting with customers.
Provide detailed information about products services and company policies.
Process customer orders requests and returns ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards.
Minimum of 23 years of experience in a customer service or clientfacing role.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries effectively.
Female candidates preferred for the role.
Must be smart professional and customeroriented.
