The Role: Corporate Transactions Attorney Boston MA

We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Transactions Attorney to join the firms highly regarded Bostonbased corporate M&A practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and highprofile private equity and M&A transactions collaborating with a talented team of attorneys to deliver exceptional legal solutions to global clients.

In This Position You Will:

• Provide legal support for acquisitions divestitures mergers and joint ventures.
• Advise private equity funds financial institutions and corporate clients on complex transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents including purchase agreements shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Manage and support deal structuring due diligence and posttransaction integration.
• Collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client service.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

• 3 years of private equity and M&A transactional experience.
• Strong understanding of acquisition structures joint ventures and financial modeling.
• Prior experience working with private equity sponsors independent funds and institutional clients.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
• Admission or eligibility for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
