Job Description
Job Summary:
- To ensure that customer transactions are successfully and efficiently completed.
- To Manage lead and coach Sales Operations team.
- To provide effective operations support to the sales team.
- To provide an important link between the Sales Team and a various departments including Finance Marketing Development Credit Control Business analysis Handover Customer Care Call Centre and Legal.
Business capabilities
- 1012 years of experience in sales operations preferably in Real Estate field.
- Previous experience in a Sales Operations / Finance Role.
- Customer service.
- Understanding numeric data.
- Being proactive and flexible.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
