Job Description
An interior Design company based in Victoria Island is hiring for a Head of Operations
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the organization ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. This role involves driving operational excellence developing strategies to improve productivity and collaborating closely with leadership to achieve organizational goals. The Head of Operations will manage a team optimize processes and be a key player in ensuring the companys growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor the operations team providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth coordination and execution of crossfunctional projects.
- Ensure the company s operations run efficiently costeffectively and in accordance with industry best practices.
- Regularly assess company performance and implement improvements in operational procedures.

Process & Performance Management:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency productivity and quality.
- Analyze operations performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure that operational processes comply with relevant laws regulations and safety standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency productivity and quality.
Budgeting & Resource Management:
- Oversee operational budgets manage costs and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency gains while maintaining or improving service quality.
- Approve major operational expenses and investments in line with company budget and goals.

Project Management & Execution:
- Manage key operational projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and in line with business objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans allocate resources and monitor project progress.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any operational challenges.

Supply Chain & Vendor Management:
- Oversee supply chain management ensuring the timely and costeffective procurement of goods and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers vendors and partners to negotiate contracts pricing and terms.
- Ensure that products and services are delivered to the highest standards on time and in line with customer expectations.

Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify potential risks to the business and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulatory and environmental standards.
- Develop contingency plans to handle operational disruptions or crises.

Reporting & Communication:
- Regularly report on operational performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments to ensure alignment on goals processes and outcomes.
- Prepare reports presentations and other communication materials for internal and external audiences.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years experience in managing business operations o the office experience in leadership management experience and ability to manage a multi diverse environment the ideal candidate is skilled in operational proficiency and performance management
- Interior Design/Construction industry experience would be crucial
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving operational success.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve operational processes systems and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Indepth knowledge of budgeting resource management and cost optimization.
- Experience with supply chain management and vendor relations.
- Familiarity with industry regulations compliance and risk management practices.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively.
