Role Overview:
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Porto
Languages: German (Native) English (B2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking merchants via phone email chat and social media platforms.
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams such as Sales and Marketing to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes to maximize merchant satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using technology (smartphones tablets computers) with ease.
- Fluent in German (native level) and comfortable communicating in English (B2 level).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient and customercentric approach.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive and persistent attitude.
- Organized capable of maintaining composure in highpressure situations.
Training and Benefits:
- Training: 30day program Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00.
- Training Salary: Approximately 660 EUR net (subject to conditions).
- Salary 22 978 EUR gross annually including:
- Base Salary: 1271 EUR /month x 14 (gross) 17 794 EUR/year
- Language adder (gross): 100 EUR/month x 12 1200 EUR/year
- Skill adder (gross): 100 EUR /month x 12 1200 EUR/year
- Attendance bonus (gross): 100 EUR /month x 12 1200 EUR/year
- Meal allowance: 6 EUR /per working day (paid in meal card) 1 584 EUR/year
- Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR /month x 12 (gross)
- Health Insurance: Provided after contract signing.
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday 08:00 19:00 (with possible extension to 21:00).
- Days Off: Rotating basis ensuring worklife balance.
- Workload: Fulltime 40 hours per week.

Relocation support:
- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280 EUR with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
- Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract up to 400 EUR in Economy class
