MUST HAVE
Experience and Skills: The role requires 710 years in digital and IT with at least 3 years of stakeholder management experience. The SA should have substantial technology experience preferably with a background in software engineering and be able to work in virtual teams across different time zones and cultures. They should be deliveryoriented with a focus on agile and productfocused delivery. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF and architecture tooling like Bizz Design PowerDesigner and ArchiMate modelling standard.
In summary the Senior Solution Architect at Shell plays a crucial role in ensuring that IT solutions are welldesigned compliant and aligned with the companys strategic direction. They work collaboratively with various stakeholders manage natural teams through squads and ensure that solutions are futureproof and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
