Client Relationship Specialist - Eurofins CEI Environment Testing - Cary NC

Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the daytoday communication between our clients and our laboratories ensuring exceptional client experience and performing tasks within the various login departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely solutionsoriented manner.
• Advise walkin clients about service information and project preparation.
• Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
• Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
• Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins CEI; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.

Qualifications :

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience 12 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement including the ability to read write and speak in English

Candidates within commutable distance of our Cary NC laboratory are eligible to apply. This role will be a full time role first shift (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) Monday Friday. 

Salary Range: $18 20 an hour with benefits PTO and company matching 401K plan

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes the actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience and skill set base salary of internal peers business sector and geographic location.
