VDOT System Analyst 3
Role and Responsibilities:
Participate in both technical and business analysis requirements gathering.
Work within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Participate in an agile development environment write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist business product owners with communicating their requirements clearly in order for the sprint team members to create an application or enhance existing applications.
Function as a resource between IT developers sprint team members and the business units; serve as a point of contact for advanced and technical issue logging tracking and resolution.
Other duties as assigned. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Extensive experience eliciting requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops surveys site analysis and use cases. Required 10 Years Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Required 12 Years Excellent verbal and written communications skills Required 12 Years Experience in an agile development environment Required 5 Years Questions No. Question Question1 Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence.
