Job Description
Process Engineer must work on Basic FEED or detailed engineering designs to comply with project requirements.
Develop broad and professional process engineering competencies to provide future engineering capacity with process group
Accountable for the successful completion of assigned engineering tasks and preparation of process engineering documents
Performing design activities assigned by the Process Head.
Preparing process equipment and instrumentrelated documents for project requirements within a given time frame.
Refer to technical manuals and prepare process deliverables.
Checking for the accuracy of documents Feed Validation.
Providing design inputs to drafting.
Review design documents/drawings prepared by the design team.
Keep up to date with new developments of standards process softwares and procedures and implement it in the daytoday work.
Together with the process team develop sizing calculations for Process types of equipment (Pumps Heat Exchangers Pumps Distillation columns compressors separators reactors etc.) and provide information in the form of an equipment data sheet.
Perform line size calculations Pressure Relief Valves calculations
Perform hydraulic calculation and Blowdown calculations.
HAZOP & SIL Experience
Fire water Hydraulic calculations F& G Detectors analysis
HYSIS HTRI ProII Flarenet Pipenet working experience.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
B.E. Chemical/M.Tech Chemical 10 yrs Min Exp
