Job Description
- A Quality Assurance Analyst II is someone who has strong analysis capabilities to monitor every phase of the software development process to ensure high design quality.
- Is capable of identifying different and negative test scenarios detect risks and report them in a timely manner.
- A Quality Assurance Analyst II has the ability to work without constant direction (autonomy).
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Quality Management and ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management.
- Experience in Energy Supply and Trading or Utilities is a plus.
- Test Cases creation (follow standard and best practices).
- Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality
- Experience with Agile Development Process
- 6 to 8 years

- Reports and keeps tracking of issues Identify Potential Problems Users May Encounter
- Have good & timely communication with the team & client.
- Develop Standards and Procedures to Determine Product Quality and Release Readiness
- Write and execute test scripts.
- Run manual and automated tests.
- Test in different environments including web and mobile.
- Drive Innovation and Streamline Overall Testing Process
- Work towards departmental and project deadlines
- Provide objective feedback to software development project teams
- Strong expertise in Project Quality Management and ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management.
- Experience in Energy Supply and Trading or Utilities is considered a plus.
- Ability to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
