Job Description
Job Discription:
Inspect raw materials inprocess products and finished furniture items to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Perform functional testing and physical inspections of furniture for defects such as cracks scratches or assembly issues.
Check measurements finishes and details to ensure conformity to design specifications.
Conduct material tests such as strength durability and safety assessments and record the results.
Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues in realtime.
Document and report defects inconsistencies or nonconformities found during inspections.
Work closely with the manufacturing team to provide feedback and ensure corrective actions are taken to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations quality control procedures and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
Perform final inspections before the product is sent for packaging or shipping.
