Delivery Excellence (DEx) is at the core of Cognizant’s endeavor to deliver BestInClass services to our clients. Through a structured approach DEx enables the adoption of best practices drives innovation improves efficiency and aims to make our delivery a sustainable competitive differentiator.
Facilitate selection of suitable life cycle processes for project execution in organization tools and platforms and method industrialization according to the project situation. Maintain effective partnerships with Delivery teams and should be able to influence Delivery to adapt and adhere to Delivery Excellence (Quality) framework
Risk Management framework : Facilitate Delivery teams to adhere to rigorous Risk Management framework. Perform Risk Analysis and report High Risks that need attention of the Delivery and Delivery Excellence leadership as per organization defined guidelines and driver risk governance for timely mitigation.
Ensure investigations are conducted root causes identified corrective and preventive actions are established and recorded in relevant Tracking Systems for Risks Escalations SLO breaches Non conformities Transitions Service Delivery Problem Management and other applicable ITIL Processes.
Assist Delivery teams meet Customer expectations and obligations by sharing good practices reusable innovations Internal and External quality standards. Drive towards achieving utmost Customer Satisfaction by implementing and managing Cognizant Infrastructure Services quality standards & practices in line with Contractual obligations
Deployment of industry frameworks standards & models : Provide them with expert suggestions best practices guidelines templates processes etc. Work with the account and project stakeholders to come up with corrective / preventive action plan for gaps / issues and govern their implementation Highlight issues / risks / challenges to Delivery and Delivery Excellence leadership as required.
Good exposure to ITIL Process Audit experience will be better knowledge on different execution methodologies like Waterfall/ Agile.
Reviewing contracts before signoff identifying key / critical contractual commitments enabling compliance tracking of those commitments and highlighting any issues / risks as early as possible to stakeholders
Product & Service Quality (PSQ) assurance frameworks to help ensure firsttimeright PSQ for the assigned portfolio Driving timely implementation of DEx interventions (reviews / assessments etc) across applicable projects programs and portfolios
