Job Description
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst II
Location: Newport Beach CA 92660
Duration: 10 Months Contract (Good Possibilities of extension)
Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis Gather analyze and document business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Project Management Ability to work in SCRUM/Agile team manage all Sprint ceremonies.
- Technical Knowledge Basic Browser know how (Developer Tools) API/Web Services testing SQL/Database knowledge.
- System Design Create workflows processes and data models; collaborate with engineers to build scalable solutions.
- Testing & QA Work with QA team to develop test plans identify bugs and ensure systems meet performance and compliance standards.
- Implementation & Integration Oversee system/project rollouts upgrades and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Documentation & Training Prepare user manuals technical guides and provide training to endusers and IT teams.
- Maintenance & Support Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and perform regular updates.
- Communication Act as a bridge between business units and IT simplifying technical details for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Risk & Compliance Identify risks ensure system security and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Continuous Improvement Evaluate systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
- Tools API testing tools (Postman SoapUI) Work Management tools (JIRA Azure DevOps).
- Industry background Insurance or Financial background is preferred.
