Job Description
Job Title: Software Analyst
Duration: 30 Months

Software Analyst for the Statewide Financial System. The candidates selected for these positions will work in the Statewide Accounting Application and ProcuretoPay Application bureaus.
The consultant will be performing software analysis activities working in conjunction with the development team.
Prepare Software Requirements
Write Functional Specifications
Writing Test Scripts
Executing Test Scripts
Liaise with users and developers
Special projects as required
84 Months of experience performing software analysis activities (Functional Analysis and Design Business Process Definition Requirements Management Writing and Executing Test Scripts)
60 Months of experience performing software analysis in a PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials ERP including experience with upgrading PeopleSoft images. Please specify upgrade experience including PeopleSoft image numbers.
Experience with PeopleSoft Image 40 or higher is required.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify.
60 Months of experience working as a software analyst in a PeopleSoft ERP in the public sector (State Federal or Local Government)
48 months of experience in data analysis and reconciliation in a PeopleSoft Financials system
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify
