Job Description
Job Title: Systems Analyst 2
Location: Austin TX Remote
Duration : 12 Months
Candidates must be local to TX
One of our Client requires the services of Systems Analyst 2 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 2 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client.
Required / Preferred Skills:
- Required 7 Years of Database management systems and data migration with a strong emphasis on healthcare EHR systems particularly those involving complex integrations like Cerner Millennium.
- Required Required 7 Years of Experience in Oracle Microsoft SQL Server or similar database scripting crucial for the efficient migration of data to new SaaS platforms. Also skill in using EXCEL Word Visio and other spreadsheet software.
- Required 7 Years of Business analysis including reviewing analyzing and evaluating user requirements operational procedures and identifying solutions to automate processes or enhance system functionality.
- Required 7 Years of Experience in documenting business process flows and standardizes existing and future process flow improvements by conducting data collection and meetings with the subject matter experts to gain full understanding of system usability and documenting the w
- Required 7 Years of Preparing specifications for data input/output processes.
- Required 7 Years of Resolving complex datarelated issues using robust analytical skills and logical problemsolving approaches.
- Required 7 Years of Exceptional oral and written communication skills essential for producing clear project documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders
- Required Required 7 Years of Strong interpersonal abilities to support diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members.
- Required 7 Years of Indepth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights applying them strategically within the organization.

- Preferred 2 Years of Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
- Preferred 2 Years of Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates
- Preferred 2 Years of Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components
- Preferred 2 Years of Experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
