Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in training Spoken English along with IELTS & OET
Key Responsibilities:
- Spoken English Training: Conduct interactive sessions to improve students fluency pronunciation and grammar.
- IELTS & OET Coaching: Guide students in all modules Listening Speaking Reading and Writing.
- Exam Strategies: Teach effective techniques for IELTS & OET test preparation.
- Mock Tests & Assessments: Conduct practice tests and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Personalized Learning: Identify students weak areas and offer customized support.
- Engaging Activities: Use roleplays group discussions and reallife scenarios to enhance learning.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance and suggest improvement plans.
Skills Required:
- Strong English communication & teaching skills
- Expertise in IELTS & OET exam patterns and strategies
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Patience and adaptability in training different proficiency levels
- Able to manage both group as well as individual sessions
