Receive client requests identify TNA create and develop training & development proposals including technical & financial terms.
Research & develop training programs in line with the predefined TNA including lesson plans instructional manual participant booklet and learning games & experiential learning activities.
Work closely with graphic designers to generate visual designs facilitating the learning experience including participant guide (booklet) activities handouts & instructor s presentation.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of materials and printings to both instructors and learners (on the client side).
Design and develop learning assessments tests quizzes etc.
Conduct handover sessions for instructors to walk them through programs structure content and activities ensuring full understanding and comprehension of the program design.
Perform quality audits on training delivery (when needed).
Manage the process of assessments buying sharing with clients and properly onboard instructors on assessment results.
Bring in new trending topics programs assessments etc. to be added to Intellect Executive s library & offerings.
Receive clients feedback on programs delivery and support in the customer relationship management activities & procedures
Requirements
Bachelor degree in HR Psychology or any related field.
4 previous experience in similar role.
Training Coaching or Academic background is a must.
Coaching Certificate is a plus.
