We are seeking a skilled and customerfocused Field Service Technician to join our team in Singapore Singapore. In this role you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing various electronic and electrical systems at customer sites ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Install troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems including trace and Xray technologies at customer locations
- Conduct regular maintenance and service calls to ensure equipment functionality and reliability
- Provide exceptional customer service effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns
- Document all service activities including inspections maintenance and repairs in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage inventory of parts and tools ensuring proper stock levels and organization
- Collaborate with team members and senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements
- Respond to emergency service calls within established response time goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements
Qualifications :
- Associates Diploma Higher NITEC/NITEC or Related Trade Certification in electrical electronic or mechanical fields (Military training in relevant areas may be considered)
- Fresh graduates with knowledge of electrical and electronic systems are welcome
- Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong knowledge of trace and Xray technologies preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg and perform tasks requiring full body mobility
- Experience operating equipment such as carts hoists davit cranes and pallet jacks
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the Singapore area
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours including evenings and weekends when required
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Adaptability to work in various environments including industrial settings
