Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in OneShield Azure Oracle PL/SQL Server Management WebMethods and Integration in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Domain. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing developing and implementing robust solutions aligned with our business needs. This individual must possess deep technical knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable highperformance architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development:
Lead the architectural design and development of solutions using OneShield and Azure.
Develop and maintain highlevel and detailed solution designs for business processes technical architecture and integrations.
Integration & Platform Expertise:
Design integration workflows using WebMethods and other integration tools.
Collaborate with developers to implement robust PL/SQL queries for Oracle database systems.
Oversee server management and optimize serverside performance.
Technical Leadership:
Guide teams in best practices for software architecture ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Mentor technical teams and review their deliverables for compliance with architectural standards.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
Partner with clients in the P&C insurance domain to identify requirements and propose customized solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Research and recommend emerging technologies that align with business needs.
Drive initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Mandatory:
Proficiency in OneShield platform architecture and configurations.
Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services and infrastructure.
Advanced expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL programming.
Knowledge of server management and networking principles.
Handson experience with WebMethods integration platform.
Expertise in designing and implementing system integrations.
Preferred:
Familiarity with DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Experience in microservices architecture and API development.
Domain Expertise:
Indepth knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain including underwriting policy administration claims processing and billing.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams.
