Insurance Sales Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated insurance sales professional to join our client s team. This role helps individuals and families secure the right insurance coverage including auto home and life insurance through a network of top national and regional carriers. Success in this role requires a strong local network and inperson relationshipbuilding within the community. This is a inoffice position and not remote.

We are hiring for multiple positions in Pennsylvania:
Exton Pennsylvania: 2 positions
Media Pennsylvania: 2 positions
What is in it for you:
Fulltime position.
Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm inoffice position.
3month contract with potential for permanency based on performance.
Fixed Salary: Hourly rate of $24.80 during the contract period

Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
Generate leads through networking referrals and local community engagement.
Close new business sales and support customer retention efforts.
Assist with marketing initiatives to drive awareness and sales.
Collaborate with team members and utilize sales support resources to maximize earnings.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma required; relevant sales experience preferred.
Willingness to obtain a state insurance license in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance.
Previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Persuasive and negotiation abilities with a talent for building longterm client relationships.
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and leads efficiently.
