The role involves driving international sales and promoting our digital solutions targeting markets in the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities through cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned international sales targets.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our solutions to potential clients professionally and persuasively.
- Handle client queries and objections effectively to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools ensuring timely followups and pipeline management.
- Track analyze and report key sales metrics to the management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales pitches and promotional materials.
- Provide market feedback to assist in refining business strategies and product development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international sales with a focus on the USA and Canada.
- Handson expertise in cold calling and lead generation.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence decisionmaking.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools sales analytics and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 9 pm to 6:00 am IST.
