Marketing Manager with Japanese Language Proficiency (Fulltime)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts and oversee all aspects of our marketing strategies. This role will involve developing and executing marketing plans to grow brand awareness generate leads and support sales within the foodservice and hospitality industries. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams including a Brand Community Manager and Creative Director to drive new strategies focused on building relationships with chefs and establishing our company as a pioneer in innovative food robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our vision focusing on driving growth brand recognition and sales in the B2B sector.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and the Brand Community Manager to align marketing efforts with the companys new strategies for working with chefs showcasing how our technology enhances culinary creativity and efficiency.
- Oversee our partnerships events and activations to expand brand presence and foster relationships with key industry players chefs and influencers.
- Agency Collaboration:
- Oversee and manage relationships with PR agencies and Digital Marketing agencies ensuring that campaigns and strategies align with our business goals.
- Manage external partners to ensure highquality consistent messaging and delivery of campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
- B2B Marketing Strategy:
- Lead B2B marketing efforts targeting foodservice providers restaurants and other business clients focusing on the unique benefits of our products in improving operations.
- Develop campaigns aimed at building strong relationships with chefs influencers and culinary leaders leveraging our team to showcase chefdriven content and demonstrations.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and HubSpot to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
- Lead content creation initiatives (blog posts case studies videos etc.) that highlight the versatility and efficiency of our products for chefs and businesses.
- Content Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Design and implement leadgeneration campaigns using a combination of content marketing digital ads and email campaigns focusing on customer engagement and conversion.
- Create and manage content that speaks directly to the needs and challenges of chefs business owners and decisionmakers in the foodservice industry.
- Brand Management & Messaging:
- Ensure the our brand is presented consistently and effectively across all marketing materials from digital content to product collateral.
- Focus on how our products and innovative solutions help chefs be more creative and efficient in the kitchen enhancing the Culinary Experience.
- Event Planning and Public Relations:
- Work with the PR agency to generate press and media coverage positioning our products as an industry leader.
- Plan and organize trade shows popup events and chef collaborations to promote the brand and attract key B2B customers.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics HubSpot and Google Ads to track the effectiveness of campaigns measure ROI and optimize strategies for continued growth.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team offering insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Team Leadership and Budget Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team aligning their efforts with broader company objectives and ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Manage the marketing budget ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across campaigns tools and agency partnerships to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment preferably within the foodservice technology or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of leading successful B2B marketing campaigns and working with PR and digital marketing agencies.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing partnerships events and activations and working with community teams.
- Expertise in HubSpot Google Ads Meta Google Analytics.
- Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing content creation SEO PPC and social media strategies.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams especially when implementing new strategies for cheffocused campaigns.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for food technology and the culinary world.
- Native or nearnative English speakers with a strong understanding of Japanese business practices and culture
- Working Schedule: Mon Fri 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for industry events trade shows and regional campaigns.
