Job Description

Senior Inside Sales Representative
Location: Onsite Cebu
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Inside Sales Representative with at least 5 years of experience in sales specializing in closing deals in the U.S. market. This role requires building strong client relationships understanding customer needs and delivering compelling presentations of our innovative hardware and software solutions tailored to the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Gain indepth knowledge of our products and services within the first 30 days to confidently engage with clients.
  • Live Product Demonstrations: Conduct oncamera product demos for jewelers in the United States.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively engage with existing clients and warm leads scheduling and conducting demo appointments when required.
  • Market Expansion: Understand U.S. market dynamics and successfully close at least one deal within the first two months.
  • Technical Proficiency: Develop expertise in our software and hardware solutions staying updated with relevant industry technologies.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent to clearly articulate product benefits and close sales.
  • Customized Sales Approach: Memorize and adapt sales scripts within the first 10 days to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Sales Performance Goals: Independently book a minimum of 20 meetings in the first month and convert at least two deals from those meetings.
  • Prospecting: Confidently identify and reach out to potential clients securing demo appointments effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong sales background preferably in B2B sales and working with SMEs.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the U.S. market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with software and hardware technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment.
  • Wellmaintained nails for product demonstrations.
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
  • A mindset to push boundaries and achieve the impossible.
