Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to design develop and deploy stateoftheart machine learning models and AIdriven systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning frameworks programming and data analysis coupled with the ability to work in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development:
- Design implement and optimize machine learning models for various applications including prediction classification clustering and recommendation systems.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines ensuring data is clean reliable and suitable for training and testing machine learning models.

- Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends techniques and tools to drive innovation within the team.
- Prototype and test new algorithms and methods to solve complex problems.

- System Integration:
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing platforms and applications.

- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed models implementing improvements as needed to maintain high accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists product managers and business analysts to align AI/ML solutions with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science AI/ML or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python R or similar languages.
- Handson experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikitlearn.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and databases (SQL NoSQL etc.).
- Solid understanding of algorithms data structures and mathematical concepts (linear algebra probability statistics).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud for AI/ML deployment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Published research or contributions to opensource AI/ML projects.
Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily IT requirements of the company, including user management, troubleshooting, and providing assistance and advice on LAN, WAN, network segments, internet, and managing intranet mail server systems. Handle hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair, identifying and managing high-risk projects. Develop and maintain the company's IT systems, software, and databases, implementing improvements and reporting to management. Manage company policies and security updates, configure OS servers and applications, and handle the installation and configuration of network desktops/PCs. Troubleshoot and resolve TCP/IP and network-related issues, and manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN. Install, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with various hardware including printers, network cards, modems, routers, firewalls, VLANs, switches, hubs, NICs, web cameras, digital cameras, smartphones, scanners, and server application software updates. Monitor and control user downloads from the internet to ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain BDC, project, SVN servers, and conduct BCP testing on each server periodically. Desired Candidate Profile: Area of Expertise: Extensive experience with mail servers Proficiency in Red Hat Linux CCNA certification Experience with SAN (Storage Area Networks) Proficient in Microsoft Mail configuration
