Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is currently looking for a Site Supervisor based at our client in Durban.

As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for:

Manage and deliver the service agreed with Clients.
Management of Temporary Associates in line with Client Service Level Agreements and Legislative compliance obligations.
Increase headcount (market share) per client in order to contribute to Branch profitability.

Requirements

Professional Manner; Positive Attitude; Empathy
Good Communication Skills at all levels
Knowledge of Company s Recruitment and Internal Administration Processes
Attention to Detail / Accuracy
SelfMotivated; High Level of Energy
Ability to Work Under Pressure; Deadline Driven
Working Knowledge of BCOE WCA/IOD Health & Safety Benefits and Bargaining Councils/LRA
