Job Description: AI Developer/Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role you will design build and optimize cuttingedge generative AI models and systems. You will work on applications such as NLP image synthesis and other creative AI solutions that enhance user experiences and solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design train and finetune generative AI models such as GPT GANs VAEs and diffusion models for various use cases (e.g. text images audio or video generation).
Collect preprocess and manage large datasets to ensure highquality inputs for model training and evaluation.
Optimize model performance for scalability efficiency and accuracy while addressing issues like bias fairness and robustness.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems ensuring reliability and scalability.
Stay up to date with the latest research in generative AI and apply innovative techniques to solve business problems.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and data scientists to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the performance and impact of generative AI solutions in realworld applications.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Machine Learning AI.
Experience:
o Proven experience in building and deploying generative AI models.
o Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or JAX.
o Strong understanding of NLP computer vision or other generative domains.
Technical Skills:
o Expertise in Python and familiarity with ML libraries.
o Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Google Cloud Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
o Experience with MLOps tools and pipelines for managing model lifecycles.
o Strong problemsolving skills and a creative mindset.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
o Ability to adapt to fastpaced and dynamic environments.
