Senior Quality Assurance Analyst SAP FICO/R2R Miami (Presential)
Overview
Be at the forefront of innovation and excellence as a Senior QA Analyst with expertise in SAP BusinessTechnology Platform (BTP) and Datasphere to ensure the quality performance and reliability of ourenterprise data and analytics solutions. The Quality Assurance Analyst job is responsible for the overallquality of systems and technology that are released into ETPs production environment. The scope of thisrole includes the comprehensive aspects of quality including testing documentation planning andexecution of testing testing validation and obtaining approval using both manual processes andautomated tools that are available in the SGWS environment. In their role Quality Assurance isresponsible for ensuring the product meets business requirements and overall business objectivesby tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics such as defects defect counts test results and teststatus as well as documenting problems and communicating the issue to development staff to assist intheir resolution
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for solutions built on SAP BTP and Datasphere
Validate data transformations integrations and reporting workflows for accuracy and
performance
Conduct functional integration system and regression testing
Ensure the accuracy completeness and consistency of data within Datasphere
Test data pipelines and APIs for proper functionality and alignment with business requirements
Develop and maintain automation test scripts for data workflows and application functionality
Utilize tools compatibility with SAP BTP and Datasphere for automation
Work with developers data team to understand requirements and resolve issues
Provide detailed reports on defects test progress and overall quality metrics
Maintain clear and comprehensive QA documentation including test cases results and defectslogs
Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams
Reporting testing outcomes to project stakeholders
Coordinating the work of 3rd party Quality Assurance teams
Perform quality and testing audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality and testingstandards procedures and methodologies are being followed properly and consistently
Identify recommend and implement process improvement opportunities for SGWS qualityassurance programs
Review 3rd party testing programs to ensure quality and compliance standards with SGWSpractices
Understand various programming languages (ABAP Java C# Perl Python etc.) anddeployment tools such as Turnover QGM/Solution Manager as well as devOps and CI/CDpractices
Identify test data requirements and work with other teams as needed to create and maintain testdata
Execute tests both manual and automated including documentation of test results and defectsand assist in defect troubleshooting and resolution
Experience with S/4 Hana is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of working experience in QA roles with a focus on data platforms and cloud technologies
Handson experience with SAP BTP and Datasphere
Proficient in testing tools and frameworks (eg. Tosca Selenium Postman)
Experience with SQL in data validation
Understanding of data integration concepts (ETL processes)
experience with SAP analytics or other SAP ecosystem tools
Strong analytics and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
SAP Programming Knowledge (ABAP EDI Output / Printing debugging) is preferred.
Proficiency and IT knowledge across multiple platforms.
Able to understand business requirements custom reports interfaces conversions enhancements forms and workflow (RICEFW) objects
