Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead verification efforts in new product development projects ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Define and implement product verification programs in line with project requirements and timelines.
  • Plan and manage the execution of verification programs ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
  • Establish measurement and test system requirements specific to each products verification program.
  • Analyze data and contribute to technical reports that support the design optimization of new products.
  • Coordinate sample builds according to project sampling plans ensuring samples meet delivery requirements.
  • Communicate technical status identify gaps and provide actionable feedback to the project team.
  • Stay informed on the latest technologies and techniques in your field driving innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate daily with crossfunctional teams including Chip Design Test Development Wafer Fabrication Process Engineering and others across multiple locations within the company.

Education experience and personal characteristics

You are driven by the challenge of complex projects and are passionate about achieving technical excellence. With a creative mindset you seek solutions beyond traditional methods and stay informed on the latest innovations. You communicate clearly collaborate effortlessly and inspire the open exchange of ideas.

  • Strong technical expertise in optics optoelectronic or semiconductor devices and technology.
  • Handson experience with Test and Measurement (T&M) techniques for semiconductor and/or optoelectronic devices.
  • Knowledge in specific areas of semiconductor and optoelectronic devices is a plus.
  • MSc with a minimum of 5 years of experience or PhD with a minimum of 3 years of experience in optoelectronics semiconductors or electrical engineering.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment managing changing priorities and competing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proven ability to work across different teams.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; proficiency in Swedish is highly desirable.
