Job Description

Lifecycle Event Processing Specialist (CAIP)

Your role
Do you thrive in a busy fastpaced environment Are you comfortable working independently and as part of a team Were looking for someone like that who can:
detect validate and notify relevant stakeholders of Lifecycle Events on held positions
ensure the timely and accurate instruction of Lifecycle Events to relevant parties and the appropriate representation in trade repositories
validate that all Trade Repositories contain complete and accurate positions post event processing and ensure effective resolution of identified issues
perform other portfolio accounting activities including expense postings and tax on transactions
detect validate capture and control of Hedged Share Class adjustments
Your team
You will be working in the Investment Administration Lifecycle Event Processing Service Delivery Function. Lifecycle events include mandatory and voluntary corporate actions security lifecycle events (e.g. defaults conversion coupon payments) and OTC and ETD lifecycle events (e.g. maturity expiry roll exercise interest payments credit events).

The team based in Wroclaw Poland is part of a global function which has presence in London Chicago Zurich and Singapore. The team works in close conjunction with Investment Teams external counterparties and custodians and various global functional Operations teams.

Your experience and skills
Your experience and skills
You have:
23 years minimum experience within a Derivative Lifecycle Event Processing environment
an understanding of Global Markets Exchange practices and a wide range of Securities ETD and OTC Instruments.
a strong riskawareness mentality and knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers.
strong written and verbal communication skills
the ability to multitask and solve problems in a fastpaced team environment

You are:
fluent in English
adaptable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
highly numerate and have excellent PC skills including excel
accountable for your actions
able to work collaboratively within a team
able to provide constructive challenge
delivery orientated
