Job Description
AECOM is seeking a experienced Proposal Specialist IV for our West region Marketing Team. This position is a PartTime Remote role and can be based out of but not limited to: Tuscon AZ.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads large/complex proposals that may involve multiple business lines and regions and supports from capture through to interview stage as required. May facilitate workshops/sessions to support the capture manager in development of the win strategy
- Able to serve as coach for interview Q&A and preparing team.
- Facilitates color reviews (Pink and Red team) and applies lessons learned to add value to proposal and win plan. Serves as color team and/or compliance reviewer on other proposals. May copresent sections of Readiness Reviews during capture stage.
- Participates actively in Go/NoGo decisions by providing recommendations may facilitate greenlight analyses as part of advanced capture planning and positioning activities supports compliance with delegation of authority guidelines and legal
- Analyzes internal debriefs and client feedback on proposals to support continuous improvement and identifies trends lesson learned or future best practices across clients or markets.
- May serve as subject matter expert for specific client/portfolio or sector. Actively supports marketing or pursuit strategy content development related to clients/markets in collaboration with marketing communications campaigns client account managers (CAMs) and business lines as necessary.
- May contribute to the development and implementation/presentation of internal training content and lead special projects as assigned.
- Responsible for results of proposal activity
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS 6 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activity or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Prior experience in the AEC industry
- Advanced proficiency in proposal writing editing and project management
- Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis and datadriven decision making
- Expertlevel proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with proposal management software and data visualization tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and standards
