QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Relevant IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years experience in IT industry
- 3 years experience in IT Team lead environment
- Experience in the automotive industry advantageous
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency.
- Business processrelated and ITtechnical understanding of product scope (including operational knowhow).
- Competence in the conception of a product through to the definition and evaluation of requirements at user story level.
- Decisionmaking ability for prioritization
- Strong IT Software development expertise
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

- Team Leadership
- Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and nontechnical colleagues
- Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation

- Agile mindset and knowhow (of agile processes and principles)
- German language skills will be advantageous
ROLE:
- Is the partner of the ITSubPdO
- Working closely with the Delivery Manager of the department to steer and support the feature team from a technical point of view.
- Manage a Feature Team in cooperation with the Delivery Manager to fulfil the prioritised requirements using agile methodologies.
- Forecast and plan for resources infrastructure training and licenses for the team in coordination with the Delivery Manager.
- Risk management and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Business and IT SubProduct Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries.
- Understand the product and its processes from a technical and business viewpoint
- Support the SubIT Product Owner in creation and prioritisation of Product Backlog with business stakeholders and technical team.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of agreed deliverables (TeamDoR/DoD and StakeholderRequirements).
- Quality Assurance of deliverables
- Timely escalation of risks to the IT Product Owner if a timeline cannot be fulfilled
- Give approval of the developed Product Increments from the Feature Team for return to SubPdO.
- Coach and mentor junior developers
- Works hand in hand with Agile Master in Planning and Steering Domain Cycles / Sprints
