Location : Kawasaki Kangawa Japan

CTC : 6 6.5 MN JPY

Exp. 3 8 Yrs

Bilingual Mandatory Indian Origin / Expat with Valid Visa only

HRBP JD

l Front face of HR to employees

l Anchor for all employee engagement and wellness programs

l Employee grievance and handling onsite based

l Employee communication in English and Japanese

l Employee Handbook

l Induction of new hires and seconded employees

l Health and safety requirements as per Labour laws

l Employment compliance Japanese government has strict requirements (OT etc)

1. Must have worked in Japan for atleast 2 years as HR & Admin

2. Overall work exp can be between 68 years

3. Not looking for Recruiter but Human Resources in specific
